Sunday Morning Nursery

A staffed nursery is available during each worship service for infants and toddlers up to 2 years.

Sunday Morning Children's Worship

Children's worship is available for children ages 3-5 years during the 1st and 3rd services. Children will be able to participate in a time of worship and learning appropriate to their age level. Parents may deliver their children to Room 115 during the song prior to the sermon and may pick their children up behind the children's library (in the foyer) during the song following the sermon.

On the fourth Sunday of each month, the children's worship will present a children's offering to the congregation immediately following the sermon.  Parents are asked to receive their children immediately after this offering at the front of the Worship Center.

Sunday Morning Bible Classes

Bible classes for all ages meet in classrooms throughout the building.

Sunday Evening

On Sunday evenings, Singing Oaks members and guests participate in small groups that meet in homes throughout Denton and the surrounding areas.  There are a variety of groups and formats available.  These meetings occur on second, third, and fourth Sunday evening of each month.  If you are interested in joining a home group, please contact the church office at 940.387.4355.  There is also a group that meets at the building on Sunday evening each week and communion is available to those in attendance.

The first Sunday of each month is known as our First Sunday Fellowship.  Everyone is invited to participate in a devotional or special program in the Worship Center at 6:00 p.m.  Immediately following the program, everyone is invited to the Activity Center for a fellowship meal.  The meal is usually a potluck sandwich dinner and all members are asked to bring food to contribute to the meal.

On the fifth Sunday of each month, the elders host a congregational meeting and discuss items of interest with the congregation.  Everyone is invited to attend these congregational meetings.

Wednesday Evening

Singing Oaks hosts a number of activities on Wednesday evenings each week beginning at 7:00 p.m.  Activities include:

• Bible classes for children, students and adults
• World Bible School - correspondence Bible course program with students from Africa
• Worship / Prayer Groups
• Support Groups
• Mission Trip Planning / Preparation
• Committee / Ministry meetings

Our building is located at 101 Cardinal Drive in Denton, just west of the intersection of McKinney Street and Loop 288.

From I-35 E / Loop 288 (Golden Triangle Mall) take Loop 288 north approximately 2.5 miles to McKinney Street.  Turn left onto McKinney Street and the building will be on the right-hand side, one block from the McKinney Street / Loop 288 intersection.

From N I-35 / Loop 288 (Outlet Mall) take Loop 288 east approximately 8 miles to McKinney Street.  Turn right onto McKinney Street and the building will be on the right-hand side, one block from the McKinney Street / Loop 288 intersection.
